Shipping is usually done within 1 week of the order being received due to all parts are custom made to order and not massed produced, therefore no stock. Again, all parts are custom made to order, it usually takes within 1 to 3 weeks (usually within 2 weeks) for our factory to finish. All shipments will be sent via either EMS or DHL. Please notice us if your country charges excessive taxes. We have great brokers that can minimize duty fees. Each shipment will reflect the appropriate shipping, handling and insurance charges. However, errors may appear and if it is either unreasonable for us or for you, you will be refunded the difference. We also offer cheaper shipping option (Surface) but it takes 1 to 2 months to arrive at your place. If that is not a problem for you, please contact us and we will send you a shipping quote.

At CF-Spec Carbon, your privacy is paramount. We do not share any personally identifiable information about you with anyone. We will never sell or rent your name, email address, telephone or fax numbers, address, or credit card numbers. If you agree on subscribing at our Newsletter, we will send you, periodically, emails containing updates and promotions about our items. You can unsubscribe at any time by only replying to the email.
NOTE:
At CF-Spec Carbon, please verify all your orders / parts as soon as received and check for any damaged parts, if parts are damaged please REFUSE to receive it and notify us right away . Once we got the damage parts back, we will send new parts out immediately with no extra fees.
Returns & Replacements
At CF-Spec Carbon, our goal is your satisfaction. Any items that are defective or not fitting (unless because of the chassis/car year) will be allowed to be returned and refunded or exchanged. CF Spec packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. All damage MUST be discovered at the time of delivery. Accept the merchandise and notate the damage and any irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken boxes) on the freight bill or receipt while the driver is there. You must retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnifies the carrier as well as CF Spec from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.All damages must notified to carrier at the time of the delivery AND report to CF Spec within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is not negotiable. It is the amount that you paid. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount, which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. CF Spec under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.
We will only honor exchanges when we receive the item back. We will not refund shipping to our warehouse, however, we will ship the item back to your place for FREE.

- We will only accept returns received up to 30 days from the day you placed the order with us.
- All items (including ordered by mistake) that returned for refund will be returned at a 20% - 50% restocking fee.
- Any modified item will void our store warranty and if it's returns back to us without permission will be disregard and the order won't be refunded.
- If the package looks like it has been opened before / the box looks damaged, DO NOT sign for the package and tell the carrier that the package is damaged / opened before and so the shipping carrier should be responsible for it.
Ordering
- When ordering, you will need to provide us billing and shipping information. We will send you an invoice and then you can pay for it from there.
- For preorder / group buy deals, all depost are NOT refundable. Once the payment is sent or parts are made, there is no refund , exchange or cancel order allow.
- All prices on the website doesn't include shipping, therefore please contact us if you are looking to ship to a international country.
